The source of each reading is (or will be) listed in the notes section on each page. If anyone knows of any material that should not be there, please let me know.

I've tried hard to keep the copyrights straight, but errors are bound to creep in. Most academic publications, especially older ones, do not usually credit translators, editors and others who contribute. Popular mythology notwithstanding.
